Please read through the pre-care instructions, safety protocols and our appointment policies before arriving at your appointment.

Pre-care Instructions
Please read through this before arriving at your procedure. 
Not adhering will impact your end results! You will receive an aftercare kit with instructions after your procedure.

  • Please wear your contact lenses if you have them.

  • No eyelash extensions for eyeliner tattoo procedure.

  • No coffee or caffeine before your procedure.

  • No alcohol consumption 24 hours before your procedure.

  • Avoid sun and tanning one week prior to procedure.

  • Do not take Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E or Advil/Ibuprofen 24 hours before procedure.

  • No brow waxing, tinting, microdermabrasion or chemical peels one week before and after.

  • Discontinue Retin-A around the eyebrow and eye area one week prior to your procedure.

  • No Botox around the brow or eye area 4 weeks prior.

Note: You will be more sensitive during your menstrual cycle.


COVID-19 Screening

We will reschedule your appointment:

  • If you have tested positive to COVID-19 within the last 7 days.

  • If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms.

We understand sickness can happen, but for our small business, it is difficult to fill your spot for any last minute cancellations. For any last minute cancellation or reschedule less than 72 hours will result in a $100 non-refundable cancellation fee.


Cancellation Policy

  • You may reschedule any time up to 72 hours before your appointment. Please use the "Reschedule/Cancel" link in your email confirmation.

  • Any reschedule or cancellation less than 72 hours before your appointment will result in a $100 fee. The fee does not apply to your service payment.

No-Show Policy

  • If you do not show up to the appointment, a $100 fee will be charged on the credit card on file.

Late Policy

  • Please arrive on time! If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and a $100 fee will be charged. The fee does not apply to your service.
